Daybed (Santorini)

A solitary daybed stands on the volcanic shore of Kamari Beach, Santorini, framed by the Aegean Sea and a vast, cloud-filled sky. Transformed through the deep Prussian blue of cyanotype, this familiar object becomes almost dreamlike—a private shelter poised between land, sea and sky. Hand-applied gold leaf catches the light along the horizon, drawing the eye to the distant meeting of sea and sky.
