Cliff Song

This mixed media painting carries the song of the land — an echo rising from weathered cliffs . A marbled sky of mauve and rust drifts above, while below, rivulets of copper, teal, and sienna stream downward like mineral veins revealed by centuries of erosion.
A vivid band of turquoise cuts across the canvas, evoking the meeting point of cliff and horizon, where the earth leans into the sky. The heavily textured surface recalls the rugged face of rock, worn yet resolute, its scars transformed into a  testament to resilience.  
Sealed beneath a high-gloss resin finish, the painting gleams with depth and light, amplifying each layer of pigment and texture.  The gloss recalls the sheen of wet rock after rain
