Moonlit Ocean

This A3 alcohol ink painting, titled "Moonlit Ocean," is a powerful, luminous depiction of the sea under nightfall—where moonlight dances across the waves and the ocean becomes both storm and serenity.
At its heart, a magnificent spiralling wave rises from the right, coiled like a seashell or the eye of a storm. It's rendered in deep indigos, ultramarines, and sapphire blues, edged with glowing accents of gold ink that shimmer like moonlight caught in water. The gold tracery adds a sense of movement and preciousness, as though the wave is lit from within by celestial fire.
The surrounding sea is composed of layered, sweeping strokes in tones of cerulean, turquoise, and inky blue, each line alive with flow and rhythm. The paint bleeds and curves in fluid, organic gestures, capturing the constant motion of tides under a silver-lit sky.
