Inspired by aerial views of the ocean, this piece captures the traces left behind as water shifts and recedes.
 
Soft turquoise and deep green tones suggest depth and movement, while warmer, sand-like forms emerge through the surface. In the lower left, intricate markings echo patterns etched by the tide — like imprints left on the seabed, briefly revealed before being reshaped again.
 
Hints of violet and white move through the composition like passing currents, adding contrast and a sense of quiet energy.
 
Without a fixed horizon, the eye drifts across the surface, tracing the delicate balance between what is visible and what remains beneath.
